I am a repeat customer. I booked online but had to cancel due to Covid restrictions by phone. Assistant was friendly, helpful and efficient in the cancellation and refund.

Friendly, approachable and able to reassure me during the covid times, that my booking is safe.

I would recommend , as there service over the phone was very helpful . It would be helpful to have a room plan of the properties on the website.

I work in the hospitality booking business and I have to say that I see a lot of booking systems on websites and this one was so straightforward-with no nasty last minute hidden costs either! Thanks...

They were helpful when a glitch happened on their site and sorted things immediately.

A very simple and straightforward process to book our cottage. The staff were friendly and professional.
