Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay in Woodland Crag. We really appreciate the honest feedback, and will carry out an inspection of the cottage with regards to tiredness and updating and feedback on this to the owners. With regards to the cleanliness of the kitchen - this does fall short of our usual standards and for that I apologise and will take this up with housekeeping. Thanks again, and we look forward to welcoming you back to the lakes in the future.

Friendly and helpful, only disadvantage was having to collect the key from the office, I can understand why but the majority of holiday cottages now seem to use key safes
