How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

The web-site could be clearer that you can't actually book on the site and that someone will call you. On the day I booked I was at home but gave my work number as that is my normal one for day-time, so it could have gone wrong. I phoned in anyway so it worked fine but it could be clearer.
