How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Service good but very dissapointed that I could have booked the exact same holiday for £290 cheaper from one of your appointed travel agents but you would not match their price if booking direct....

Thank you for your booking and comments. In some cases, an agent may place their own discount on the holiday but please rest assured that the price we charge our direct customers and those who book with an agent is always the same. Regrettably, we have no control over any such reductions that an agent might make but we appreciate this must be frustrating and regret any disappointment. Kind regards, Lorraine, Wendy Wu Tours
