How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your constructive feedback and please rest assured your comments have all been taken on-board. The decision to introduce compulsory tipping on group tours was to simplify the paying of gratuities following feedback from our customers who reported uncertainty about when, who and how much they should tip. Tipping is not always expected in China but it is in the tourism industry and please be assured tips are always fairly distributed amongst the staff involved in our group tours, including local guides, drivers, site guides and our National *******. We are delighted that you enjoyed the tour and hope you have returned with lots of happy memories of some of China's most iconic sites. Kind regards, Lorraine, Wendy Wu Tours
