How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Wonders of ChinaMwy o adolygiadau o'r cynnyrch hwnEdrychwch ar wefan y cynnyrchWould have like more time at the Great Wall and Xian and did not appreciate being taking to places with all the tourist sales.

Vietnam EscapeMwy o adolygiadau o'r cynnyrch hwnEdrychwch ar wefan y cynnyrchVery enjoyable experience with a great mixture of busy and relaxing days.

Discover China Family HolidayMwy o adolygiadau o'r cynnyrch hwnEdrychwch ar wefan y cynnyrchOverall it was an awesome holiday! The only thing I was upset about was not being able to hold a panda. But this was out of your control and another reason for us to comeback.

Magnificent China (Superior)Mwy o adolygiadau o'r cynnyrch hwnEdrychwch ar wefan y cynnyrchThis would have been excellent but for the poor quality of some of the hotels.

Wonders of ChinaMwy o adolygiadau o'r cynnyrch hwnEdrychwch ar wefan y cynnyrchThe holiday was very far from relaxing but the early starts were justified and the whole experience very much worthwhile.

Wonders of ChinaMwy o adolygiadau o'r cynnyrch hwnEdrychwch ar wefan y cynnyrchwhistle-stop tour to give us overview and flavours of China. Really enjoyed

Wonders of ChinaMwy o adolygiadau o'r cynnyrch hwnEdrychwch ar wefan y cynnyrchGood itinerary. Saw a wide range of different wonderful sights and places. All great apart from traffic and weather, both not under the control of Wendy Wu!
