How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you very much for taking the time to post your review and we are glad you enjoyed your Golden Triangle tour. The Taj is a highlight for many of our passengers and we hope your memories will last for many years yet! We are pleased to hear your kind words about your guide and appreciate your constructive Review. We hope to welcome you on another one of our fantastic tours in the not too distant future. Kind regards, Junior.
