How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I learned of Wendy Wu Tours through reading the email Newsletter of Silver Traveller. The offer of upgrading to Business Class at lower cost is what attracted me. The Wendy Wu "Panorama of Vietnam" Tour was the type of tour that my wife and I and a single friend were looking for. The lower cost of the single supplement for sole occupation for our friend convinced the three of us to book. We now have to wait and see how the tour goes, before we can comment further.
