The price was reasonable. The process was easy. The delivery was very quick.
Product purchased and paid for on 18 December. Its 29 December and still hasn't been received. The company needs to change its delivery partner.

We are terribly sorry, but we were let down by Royal Mail during the run up to Christmas, as agreed by email we have now refunded the cost of the postage.
