We are sorry to hear that. We have sold 10s of thousands of the new click lid and have had almost zero issues. We will of course replace it free of charge
Service was excellent and quick, I was kept informed where my product was in the dispatch chain. Great product - just the thing when travelling where water safety is not guaranteed
