We are sorryn to hear that you feel the filters are expensive. At £25 for two each delivering 200 litres, it works out at less than 6p PER LITRE, far cheaper than bottled and far better for the planet. If you join our loyalty scheme, you aslo get a discount!!

we are very sorry to hear that you are disappointed. The stated capacity does allow for the filter and so 50 cls on the packaging is correct.
With regards the leaking that is extremely rare indeed. If you can contact us on info@watertogo.international we will replace the faulty unit immediately without an issue. We are extremely keen on protecting the environment so would politely request that you return the old unit back with the prepaid returns label so we can pass to QC then recycle.
