Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Hi Banaras Thank you for your review. I have looked into this with our courier DPD who confirm that there was an attempt of delivery on Saturday 12th June however no body was available to take the delivery. Delivery was then rescheduled for Sunday 13th which was successful. I apologise for DPD not being able to deliver on the Saturday however I am not sure how in this case we could have provided a better service Kind Regards WatchPilot
