Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good product and service but at an extra cost.

Very helpful. Pretty simple process by phone and came up with an affordable policy. Not sure about the £20 charge for booking via the phone agent. Seems a bit excessive.

Nearly excellent

I had to contact voyager because it wouldn’t progress on line. The lady was very nice. Sorted me out. I have rang help desk after I had email from voyager asking me if I’d received my documents....
