Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I am pleased to say that I have not had to claim, so I cannot comment…

I am pleased to say that I have not had to claim, so I cannot comment on that side of things, but the taking out of the travel insurancce and the medical screening was very good.
