I am a current customer and have recently renewed. Appears better rates just offered to new customers which is poor. Rewards package under review is being relaunched but in the interim no rewards....

Dissapointed.

Promise of Reward Points, but only get a unobtainable website with a risk warning from my browsers virus checker. Only stayed with UP because of the reward points, should have changed to Yorkshire !!...
