Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

told by other to try delivery terrible time wise. I have next day delivery rating 10 coffee ok 8 and 6 to me to weak. thank god we all have different taste which is good for all but nothing here...

Hi Rob, this feedback is very concerning since we are currently rated as 98% positive... This is our first and only 1 star review so I am taking this very seriously. I have checked your order which was placed Saturday 6 Jan and it was dispatched by us Monday 8 Jan. I recall now that you contacted us Monday 15 Jan asking about the order and we called Australia Post on your behalf. On the same day we sent the following “I’ve just got off the phone with Australia Post. They said usually it should take 4-5 business days for a package to travel from Adelaide to Sydney. However they have had a bit of a back log at the Sydney distribution centre and that is why your order will be 2 days late. He said it outgoing from Sydney today, so you should receive it tomorrow.” Your package was delivered the next day, Tuesday 16 Jan. We do offer express postage if coffee is needed quickly, but this was not selected. Considering we communicated with you multiple times throughout this period and called Australia Post on your behalf, I believe giving us 1 star for our service is extremely harsh and I encourage you to reconsider this. We take customer service very seriously and are willing to do whatever it takes to keep our service rating as high as possible. Regarding the taste, coffee is subjective (what one person loves another might hate) and we always knew it was going to be difficult to please everyone with such a limited range. This is part of the reason why we offer a money back promise. If you would like a refund for your order all you need to do is let us know. Thank you, Toby
