Following your suggestion, I did reach out to the support team with my account reference and a detailed explanation of the situation. The response I received was that there is nothing they can do. If the support team does not have the tools or authority to escalate a case of this nature, I would genuinely like to understand what the escalation process you are referring to actually looks like in practice — because from where I stand, the door appears to be closed at that level. Given that response, and given the seriousness of the issues involved — a confirmed misclassification by your own risk team, guidance received from official Upcomers channels that directly contradicts the grounds for the payout denial, and the subsequent account reset and withdrawal cap — I have also submitted a formal complaint directly to the compliance department. I remain hopeful that a fair review is still possible. But I want to be honest: the experience so far has not reflected the process you have described, and I hope compliance is able to provide the independent review that support was unable to offer.
