Dear guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with UnderTheDoormat. I am sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, sizes and names differ from a country to another. Therefore a UK king size bed is different from a US. I am sure you would understand that this is not an easy fix, and I am sorry that the apology hamper pack did not change your satisfaction. We strive to deliver the best experience to all of our guests, and take note of your feedback regarding communication. Once again, thank you very much for sharing your comments. I sincerely hope you would give us another chance to welcoming you anytime in the future. Best wishes and kind regards, Josef, Guest Experience Manager at UnderTheDoormat
