How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately if damages are reported outside of our 24 hour claim period we are unable to make a claim with our courier company. We stringently check items prior to despatch and always ensure that goods are well packaged to avoid damages. However due to the fragile nature of our products occasionally damages do happen in transit and our policy means that we can replace items if problems are reported quickly.
