Sorry to hear about your review. Some venues may require you to redeem the ticket at the front desk window for entrance. We can imagine it would be very busy at the museum on a Saturday, Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Can you provide some clarification on the feedback, as we are not understanding. We show you booked tickets for Beyond the Lens attraction for a Techno-Tainment Combo ticket, which is valid for entrance to Beyond The Lens in Branson tickets AND includes the FlyRide-Branson experience at the attraction. You did save over $28 versus buying at the venue directly for the same ticket type. Any additional feedback you can provide would be helpful. Thanks!
