Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great customer service

I had accidentally purchased tickets for an attraction in the WRONG STATE… customer service was able to transfer my tickets to the proper state without a problem and very fast! I was so relieved.

we bought tickets that said $37.99 each and we were charges at checknout $47.99 and plus tax total $104.99. we didnt get the full disxount. i took pics of this as well.
