Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I’m waiting to see when we pick up tickets. I hope all 4 are together. We don’t go out nail 11/22 so I cannot rate now. Their rates were good but I don’t like not being able to pick my seats.

Yes I would recommend Tripster we came out to Tennessee and wanted to go to Anakeester the tickets would have been almost $100 I got onto Tripster and got them for $66 so yes I would recommended it

Could be me but I thought the process was confusing and not easy!

Online seemed a bit confusing! Why is it that only one transaction out of three actually has something I can scan as a ticket! Other 2 Transactions sent me a voucher but said I still need a printed...
