We appreciate you taking the time to leave your review in regard to your experience with us. We value your feedback. We looked further into your account and have reviewed over the call. We see that the agent did work professionally and diligently to resolve this issue for you and when you requested that she call back to inquire about the expiration of the ticket, she did it without hesitation. We apologize if you feel that the call was handled otherwise and will certainly address your comments with agent. Our Customer Service Supervisor was out of the office, but the email provided when you requested one is monitored very closely.
