Hallo, Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass Sie der Meinung sind, dass die Zollgebühren für Ihre Bestellung zu hoch sind. Leider ist dies auf den Brexit zurückzuführen und liegt außerhalb unserer Kontrolle. Wir haben alle Steuern von unserem Ende für alle EU-Kunden gesenkt. Hallo Colleen, vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Ich weiß, dass der Brexit Zölle verursacht und dann auch noch Zustellungsgebühren (ca. 20 €).
