The order was placed for the standard model only without any working features. Customers must use the drop down selection menu at the time of ordering choose a bed with working lights or working lights and sounds. We do really appreciate your honest feedback regarding the ordering process and would welcome the opportunity to discuss an upgrade to your preferred model of bed.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your delivery. Our standard delivery on this large item is between 8am and 6pm. Due to the value of the item, we do not allow the parcel to be left unattended or with another property without permission. We strive to provide a first class service to all customers and I am very sorry that on this occasion you have been let down.
