Hi, Thank you for your kind 5 star review. However we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with how your order arrived, and that your bobbins were poorly packed in with your bed chair. Whilst we will sometimes look at packaging some items together, for example on small orders that would normally go via a standard or slower service, if we can package them in with a next day order should there be space allow, as most orders are based on size and weight for postage. This means you will receive your items faster, without any upgraded costs. However I am disappointed to hear that your bobbins were poorly packaged. As a gesture of goodwill, we will look to refund your postage costs for you bobbins back to you.
