Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We received a really good service from start to finish with very little hassle. However, communication could have been clearer. We used a mortgage adviser so could always ask for her advice.

I found the service very poor, don't even deserve one star. There was no proper communication, the fees were very high, interest rate of the loan is very high, I am paying 3 times more repayment...

Would recommend but don’t be in a hurry

Very good but took forever to sort out the mortgage. 7 months in total. The people we dealt with were fantastic.
