Excellent product and service

Excellent service and shipping. The product itself is beautiful. Our bathroom floor is not cold like tile, and it's slip resistant. Looks so much like concrete, which is what we were going for.

Unexpectedly out of stock

I couple of the tile samples were out of order and I was never notified. I did a 5 sample deal so I wish they would have notified me that they were out of stock so I could have picked others.
