Lovely product. Packaging excessive for the size of the gift though- massive box sent which was ripped on arrival and too big for the product. Goods not damaged though.

I was sorry that the outer box arrived ripped, but as we carefully pack all the gifts that we send out I was glad that your gift arrived in perfect condition.
