Thank you for your comments, and I'm delighted that you were happy with your goods. I was a little surprised to hear that your parcel took a week to arrive, so, as the parcel is tracked, I have been able to investigate further for you. The parcel left us on the 5th June and Royal Mail tried to deliver on the 7th, but there was no answer. So the parcel actually arrived within 2 days, but it was just unfortunate that you were out and did not collect it for a week. Kind regards,
