Hi, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to learn that your 36 Perennials arrived whilst you were away. In the future if you are able to advise us when you are due to go away, we will be more than happy to add an alternative delivery address to your order or add delivery instructions such as "Please leave with neighbour if out". However, on this occasion I can confirm that I have replaced the Perennials for delivery when our next stock arrives which is due to be during September 2017. I hope this helps with your gardening plans.

Hi Graham, I can confirm your replacements are due to be despatched by the end of September, I'm sorry this wasn't advised. But please don't worry, as your order is a replacement it will be sent as priority and as soon as the plants are ready. ~ Regards, Natalie

I am very sorry that this has happened, all of our plants are quality checked before sending out, but it does look as though it has not been the case on this occasion. I am very sorry. Hi there, I'm very sorry that your Garden Ready plants were damaged in transit and you didn't receive the correct number of plants. You notified us promptly of this but unfortunately we ran out of stock and were unable to replace your plants after all. You received a partial refund for the the missing plants. Please accept my apologies that you are left without the plants you required for your garden. I have arranged for a voucher to also be sent to you as a gesture of goodwill for the disappointment caused. Kind regards, Anne
