Hi Sheila, Many thanks for your feedback - we do aim to despatch every order the day that it is received. The delivery option you chose (Express) ensures that your order goes to the top of the queue and is despatched by First Class post. Your order left here on the Monday that it was received but judging by your comment it did not make its way north until Wednesday. I am afraid that part of it is slightly out of our control - occasionally things do take an extra 24 hours to progress through Royal Mail's systems after they have left us. Hope all is well in your new home - best wishes Nessie & Team.
