Hi, Many thanks for your feedback - much appreciated. Our envelope supplier has been unchanged now for ten years so the envelopes that you received would have been the same as any of the other coloured envelopes you may have had from us in the past. The only exception to this is that when you order stationery with cream or white envelopes (ie not coloured) then the envelopes are slightly thicker. It is simply not possible to get a coloured envelope at the great value prices that we charge. However, we do have other products, including tissue-lined envelopes that are available if you give us a call. If you wold like to exchange the blue envelopes for the slightly thicker cream or white, so give us a call and we can do that for you. Best wishes Nessie & Team
