Hi Ruby, Thanks for your feedback - it is greatly appreciated. Your suggestion is one of a range of measures that we are considering to assuage any issues arising from delays in delivery. We hope that the range of options on offer provide a choice to our customers that allows them to suit the speed (and price) that most suits them. The introduction of full tracking in 2016 will allow us to see where in the postal system are packages are when they leave our studio, something which is not currently possible at the kind of price we charge for standard delivery. This is as frustrating for us as it clearly is for you. Again, thank you for letting us know that this irritated you - it was certainly not our intention so please accept our apologies. Again! Hi there, As you know, we have been in contact with you on email about this order which was despatched to you last week. This feedback system is completely automated and sends out requests for feedback based on the normal delivery times. Very occasionally the feedback request arrives ahead of the order - normally when something has gone wrong in the postal system. This would appear to be one of those occasions. The system does allow you to select "not tried" which would probably be the most appropriate option in this case. As previously discussed, do please let us know if your order has not arrived in Wednesday's post and we will redespatch it to you. Hope that is helpful and apologies for the aggravation.
