Whilst I am now awaiting my 3rd replacement window film due to issues with the quality, the service so far has been good. Hopefully 3rd time lucky...

I received my 3rd replacement film and it's perfect. The measurements were spot on and quality is good. The customer service I received was excellent and the replacements were sent promptly without fuss.
