Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Can't fault anything - So big hi-five!

Ordering online was quick and easy and delivery was surprisingly fast. In addition, the product was well packaged reducing possibility of damage while in transit. Can't fault anything - So hi-five!

Since that communication, we have checked with Royal Mail and confirmed that your parcel was sent by International Standard service on 23rd August. Unfortunately, this service does not provide tracking.
