Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I received an email to say that this item was dispatched on the 23.03.2017 - It is now the 05.04.2017 (9 working days later) and I have still not yet received it.... why???

Hello Robert,

Thank you for taking the time to post feedback on our delivery service. We have tracked your parcel, and a delivery was attempted by Royal Mail at 10:05 on 25th March. They report that no one was at the property and they left a "Something For You" card. We have sent you an extract of their document to your email address. We are very sorry that this happened, but this is a very rare occurrence and Royal Mail are generally very efficient with our parcels.

We hope that you can resolve the issue directly with them when you receive the details from ourselves. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.

After contacting Royal Mail the problem has been resolved - The supplier has made a typing error ( which anyone can do) on the house number of my address so an attempt was made to deliver the package to this wrong house on the 25th March 2017 as stated by Royal Mail. Royal Mail are therefore not to blame for this error. Regards Robert Briggs
