Sorry to hear you had to pay shipping and import tax on your order.
Whilst we do promote that our designers should offer free shipping the ultimate decision comes down to them.
With regards to import taxes, annoyingly, this is out of all of our control and is set by each state.
To combat this, we do place the designers shipping origin on every page and also state on every page of the website and in your confirmation emails that customers may be liable to pay import taxes if they purchase from a designer oversea's.
