Hi, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry this delivery didn’t meet the standard you’ve experienced previously. We’re pleased to hear ordering has been smooth and that past deliveries have been excellent, but we completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been — especially when it impacts your dog. We do use more than one courier depending on location and parcel type, however ordinarily orders under 3kg go with royal mail, so future orders should be dispatched with them.
