Thank you for your feedback—we’re thrilled you’re happy with your mattress! As a small, family-run business, we handmake every mattress and deliver it ourselves with our trusty two-person team. This way, it gets to you with the care it deserves, straight from our Halifax workshop. Our delivery routes are planned to be eco-friendly and efficient, and we always give at least a week’s notice to arrange a convenient time, as occurred on this occasion. If the date doesn’t work, we’re happy to include you on our next trip to your area. We appreciate your thoughts and will keep them in mind as we continue to improve!
