How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Nice size boat overall. But the service at home base was terrible at best

1. Make sure the items ordered and paid by customer ahead of arrival are actually on the boat. 2. Our boat was missing cushions for almost all of the outdoor seating areas. 3. Didn’t find out there...

Very frustrating the day we left the base. We found that one toilet base was leaking smelly brown water...took several hours to get fixed. We found no snubber in the anchor locker and never got one...

The service experience was generally good. We did need remote service to our boat twice, once for a bad sensor in an engine and once for fresh water issues. The fresh water lines weren't labeled...
