Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Dear Ms Davey, the problem is not to do with the booking conditions! The problem is that (1) the quote I was sent upon which I paid the deposit DID NOT identify the deposit as a non refundable item and (2) when challenged on this omission your staff said I should have researched your website. If it’s important enough to be hidden in your webpages, then it’s important enough to be highlighted on your quote documentation you send to clients. It borders on misrepresentation!!
