Hello Helen, thank you very much for making such an effort with your feedback. The mini cab driver is entirely optional, and we do have spare linen, towels and dish towels at the flat. We can not attach a lockbox to the building as it is not permitted. We will definitely have a word with the neighbours - it is a pity we did not know whilst you were in residence so that we could have done something then. Maybe South Kensington or Covent Garden would be a better neighbourhood for you in the future as they are much busier than the Lancaster Gate area and of course the bigger museums are located there too.
