Pet Insurance.

Poor Customer Retention Service

Terrible. Exisitng customer offered renewal price £166. On line quote offered better deal. When I called they could not match it. Now that of simple business stupidity

Whilst it is recommended to compare policies at renewals, it is important to note that our new policies offered currently on our website, will be on different terms and conditions to your previous policy. This is because it is a new contract of insurance , rather than a continuation of your previous policy terms. One of the potential issues of doing this, may be that any conditions you had previously claimed for, will now be excluded from cover on the new policy. Having reviewed both of your policies, there are some differences to the previous terms, and the ones you have selected, including the cover limit and excess. Looking at the policies you informed us the pet was born in 2012 when applying for your previous policy; for the new policy you have declared the pet was born in 2014-this difference will account for the disparity with the premiums.
