Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The trainer made the day very interesting & informative - she obviously had a great deal of expertise in her area .Good mix of presentations & small group work . Excellent venue - easy to get to .

Started on time. Very good venue re close to tube, easy to find, clean environment, nice surroundings. Availability of good food. Teaching very good, good level, approachable tutor. Good workbook...

Overpriced

Trainer was good. Negatives: no lunch provided, was not informed of this and nowhere to get any food near the venue. Venue was missing pieces of equipment for the practical so we had to just watch a...
