You should not set up your feedback site so as to INSIST on a comment (in the previous screen). It is rude and patronising and because of it, I will not now leave any such comment. Have the facility for a rating (as you currently do) and the OPTION to leave a comment IF you wish. Do not try to force it or you will antagonise your customer base, as you just have with me....
