While we can't offer free shipping on all orders (without all the prices going up!) we do offer totally free Standard UK shipping on all orders over £60 which is comparable or indeed better than many of our online competitors. Regrettably a human error was made when we shipped the original order and a Kid Zinger was sent instead of an Aqua Zinger. When the email came in to notify us of this on a Thursday, it arrived during our annual stock take and was therefore missed and not replied to till the Monday for which we are very sorry. We pride ourselves on our superlative customer service but, hands up, we dropped the ball on this occasion and were slow in responding. We are very pleased that you in the end decided to keep the Kid Zinger even though we sent out the correct Aqua Zinger. We have written to you via both post and email to formally apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment caused, for which please accept our very sincere apologies.
