Spicy, creamy, just the right side of stinky. A really delicious cheese which matched astonishingly well with home made chilli jam. A really triumph of a cheese and all eaten in one sitting.

Wonderful oozy cheese. Delicious with fresh pears and grapes. Smooth eating without the ammonia hit of some Camembert cheese. Can't add a photo as we've eaten it.
