Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

This is a situation that is outwith our control as this is an issue with Royal Mail having strike action and cyber security attack that had halted International orders from them. I ordered these items and paid through PayPal. I received no communication and have not received the goods. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund through PayPal.
