I just do not get on very well with “chat” on line and it was a little slow catching up with the text, but other than that the service was very good.

Easy to use site but not happy with an Illegal charge on my Debit Card.

By not Charging a service charge, in case you are not aware it is now illegal. It was on the radio this week. I have paid the £1.41 which will not bankrupt me but noneteheless it is not right.
